We’re proud to offer the largest rental décor inventory in the Maritimes, with thoughtfully curated pieces to suit every style and theme. With more than 20 years of experience and over 5,000 weddings and events beautifully executed, we would be honoured to help design the wedding you’ve always dreamed of.

At NWE, our team can take care of your décor from start to finish, including design, setup, and teardown, so you can relax and fully enjoy your special day with family and friends.

There’s much more to styling a venue than meets the eye. From table sizes and chair selections to floor plans and overall layout, every detail matters. Whether you’d like us to manage every aspect of your décor or prefer to rent pieces and style your celebration yourself, we’re here to support you.

Our décor service pricing varies depending on your specific needs and the level of involvement you’d like from our team. With our in-depth knowledge of local venues, we’ll guide you toward décor selections that best complement your space and bring your vision to life.

A consultation is required to receive a custom décor quote.

$199 + HST.

  • Looking for the stress-free solution to decorating your wedding? Need help transforming a room with backdrops, tables, chairs, or even ceiling décor as well? How about we take care of tear-down as well because, let’s face it, you will be too busy partying and enjoying yourself, right?

    Contact us today to book a décor and design consultation so we can help customize your must-haves to make your dream wedding day come to reality!

  • Only need a few finishing touches or comfortable handling the decorating yourself? Simply submit a Wishlist through our online gallery and schedule a pickup at our Saint John warehouse a few days before your wedding.

    Please note: Items marked with an “*” in our online gallery must be installed by our team and are not available for DIY rental.

    You’ll take care of the setup and teardown, then return the rental items to us the next business day following your celebration. We’ll handle all cleaning and laundering.

    A warehouse fee may apply depending on the size and quantity of your order. No décor consultation is required for this option.

Our Process

Reach Out

Start by submitting the inquiry form below. Tell us a little about your event, your vision, and what you're looking for. From there, we’ll be in touch to schedule a consultation and begin bringing your ideas to life.

Meet

We’ll connect either in person in Saint John or virtually, whichever works best for you. During this consultation, we’ll chat through your vision, style, venue, and event details. This is where creativity starts to flow and we begin shaping a plan that reflects you.

Follow Up

As your event date approaches, we’ll reconnect to finalize the details, confirming guest count, updating the floor plan, and reviewing any last-minute adjustments.


If you’ve hired us for set up and/or tear down services, we’ll also coordinate directly with your venue (if applicable) to ensure timing and logistics are seamless.

Execute

Our team handles the delivery and professional installation of your rented décor (if included in your quote). After your celebration, we’ll return to carefully tear everything down. Our goal is to make the process seamless and stress-free from start to finish.
