Wedding Planning 101

After the initial consultation, we will email you all contact information on our highly sought after wedding vendors that best match with your requirements. Need venue recommendations? We will take care of that as well! We can also help you decide which one of our wedding planning packages below would work perfectly for your special day if needed or requested. A wedding planning consultation is required to book one of our day of coordination packages so we can ensure you are booking the correct one for all your wedding needs.

Wedding Coordination Packages
What is a wedding day coordinator? Our job is all about overseeing the execution of your wedding plans on the big day. Following the pre-created timeline, managing all vendors when they arrive, overseeing the final walk through of the venue, managing your wedding rehearsal, and overcoming any last-minute challenges that arise during the festivities. These are some of the duties our clients love that we do;
Floral pick up and distribution to wedding party, ceremony location and reception space
Cake/dessert pick up and placement at venue
Lighting candles, turning on flameless candles
Ceremony set up & tear down
Ceremony rehearsal coordination
Greeting guests, helping them with their cards/gifts and encouraging them to sign the guestbook
Timeline creation & confirmation with your vendors
Creating rain plans
Ensuring everyone is on schedule and assisting with emergencies

The Perfect Little Package
Day of coordination management. You take care of all the pre wedding bookings and we take care of all the behind the scenes on wedding day. This service is ideal for someone who may need assistance with only a few things and to help lighten the load.
