A wedding day coordinator ensures your plans are carried out seamlessly so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment. We step in to oversee the execution of your vision, following your carefully crafted timeline, managing vendors as they arrive, directing your ceremony rehearsal, and handling any last-minute challenges with calm professionalism.
Here are just a few of the responsibilities our couples appreciate most:
Floral pickup and distribution to the wedding party, ceremony, and reception spaces
Cake or dessert pickup and placement at the venue

With The Love Story Package, our team manages the details, ensuring every element is executed beautifully and seamlessly. From overseeing vendors to handling behind-the-scenes logistics, we’re there every step of the way so you can focus entirely on celebrating. We can even help reduce vendor delivery fees by arranging pickup of your cake, florals, and other special items when needed.
This package is perfect for couples who want extended coverage, added hands on deck, and the confidence of a fully supported wedding day.

I honestly could not imagine planning our wedding without their support. I reached out to them midway through planning, about five months before the wedding, when I was a stressed out mess. From my very first interaction with them, I knew I was in good hands and instantly felt a sense of calm knowing all the little details were taken care of. Though I know we were not their only clients, they sure made me feel like I was. Throughout the entire planning process and even on the wedding day itself, it felt like they were always one step ahead of me, anticipating my needs before the concern had even occurred to me. Jessica was our main point of contact and coordinator onsite and she was AMAZING, but I know the entire team played a role behind the scenes in making it happen.
At the end of our incredible wedding, the shuttle bus we had hired got stuck (long story), leaving most of our guests stranded. NWE did not even bat an eye, and stepped up to shuttle the majority of our guests (with the help of other amazing vendors and friends and family who had brought their own vehicles) back to their accommodation. Not quite the ending I had pictured for our wedding, but fortunately our guests took it in stride and NWE, once again, showed themselves to be complete professionals at what they do.
