As we've decorated and worked with the majority of all venues within southern New Brunswick, we know all the ins and outs so you can trust us to ensure that you are fully prepared for anything that comes your way. We also have the largest rental decor inventory within the Maritimes and have options for every wedding style & theme. With over 20 years of experience and well over 5,000 weddings and events under our belt, we would love to assist you in designing your dream wedding.

Our team at NWE can be hired to design, set up, and/or tear down your décor rentals so you can relax and fully enjoy your special day with family and loved ones.
There’s a lot that goes into decorating a venue - from table sizes and chair styles to floor space and layout. Whether you’d like us to handle every detail or simply rent items to style your day yourself, we’re here to help!
The cost of our décor services varies based on your specific needs and the level of involvement you’d like from our team. With our extensive knowledge of local venues, we’ll help guide you toward décor choices that best suit your space and vision.
A Décor & Design Consultation is required to receive a custom décor quote.
If your booking totals over $2,500, your consultation fee will be credited toward your final invoice.

Customer Pick-up
Only in need of a few small things or can handle the decorating decisions yourself? Submit a Wishlist through our online gallery and come pick-up your order a few days before your wedding at our warehouse in Saint John. You take care of the set up/tear down, then you can return the rental items to us the following business day after your wedding. We take care of the laundering and cleaning. This service may be subject to a warehouse fee depending on the size/quantity of the order. No decor consultation is needed for this option.
